I've also heard of some kind of 'TSLPatcher' which sounds promising, but again, I'm unclear on how to install and manage it. 'directory' or just a variety of different file types which I honestly can't get my head around. I'm also unclear on some terms that I see a lot of modders use. I've gone ahead and copy/paste his modlist as well as links just to make sure that they are all compatible, which they should be.

I found a mod list created by a Youtuber named Wongoli, most if not all of the mods he used I would love to have. Besides, I did just get my PC like a few weeks ago compared to always being a console gamer. I've watched countless videos, notably from a user named 'Xuul' and I just found some of this tech-ish language quite complicated. The problem is, as you could probably guess at the title, I don't exactly know how.
