Public spaces such as lift lobbies, reception, leisure facilities etc.Only Architectural design or Interior residential space of the apartment/condominium will be considered.Open to interior designers, interior architects, architects or developers to submit an architectural design or interior design project(s), located in Asia Pacific (outside mainland China).Must be a project that will be completed between 1st January 2019 and 31st August 2021.A residential condominium or apartment development located in Asia Pacific (outside mainland China).This award recognises a creative contribution to residential design while providing a leading example of distinctive design in Asia Pacific (outside mainland China) in a private Condominium or Apartment.
